Every radio is restored in our workshop and tested before it leaves. Checked across all bands, cleaned by hand, the cabinet treated with the right oils. Photographed honestly, including any cosmetic marks of age. Packed in a custom-cut foam crate we make here.
We include a twelve-month warranty with every piece. Not because the law requires it; but because if something we sold you fails, we want to know about it, and we want to fix it. That is how reputation works in this trade.

Humble beginnings
Albert started Antique Radio Shop from an apartment. Two radios on a kitchen table and a soldering iron. The first listing was a TELEFUNKEN JUBILATE 8; it sold to a collector in Lyon.

A real workshop
Moved into a proper workshop with dedicated benches and shelves for the queue. Around a hundred radios restored. Started keeping a stock of NOS tubes like ECC85, ECH81 or EL84 so critical replacements never hold up a job.

Partnership and expansion
Albert and Henry meet in Berlin and decide to join forces. Both bring complementary skills, experience, and a shared passion for vintage radios. They start to ship more pieces, and the word spreads among collectors.

A decade in
1,000 radios out the door. A milestone that felt more like a beginning. Collectors from around the world are discovering Antique Radio Shop as a trusted source for quality restorations.

With a larger workshop. We expanded our offerings with accessories like Bluetooth adapters. The focus remains on tube radios, but we want to support the listening experience in every way we can.
